The New Church Without Walls is collecting much-needed supplies for Puerto Rico, devastated by Hurricane Fiona Sept. 19, days before the five-year anniversary of Hurricane Maria’s destruction of the island.

Bring donated supplies (see list below) from 8 a.m. to noon Tuesday through Friday, Sept. 27 through Oct. 11, to the New Church Without Walls at 300 N. Kensington Ave., Lecanto, next to the Holiday Inn Express.

Here’s a list of supplies needed:

Air mattresses; baby food, formula, diapers; batteries, flashlights; bleach; bug spray; candles; cups, plates; garbage bags; generators; hand sanitizer; medical supplies; mosquito nets; nonperishable food; paper plates, paper towels; personal hygiene; pumps; sunscreen; tarps and tents; toiletries; towels; trash bags; wipes; water.
